2. Product Properties and Quality Assurance
1) Mechanical properties
We can control the mechanical properties of our products with tensil strength greater than150MPa and Brinell hardness less than 260HB especially, to ensure consistently high quality of each individual pipe and fitting.
2) The properties of coating
From a series of chemical analysis and tests, we can control the properties of coatings in accordance with EN 877. In addition, we have passed the test on resistance to temperature cycling in Hong Kong. We can also issue the technical certification reports on grey iron tensile, coating thickness and adhesion as our customer's request.
